The Westport Public Library, one of Westport’s most valued assets, has outgrown its current 50,000 square foot building. MDA provided the library with comprehensive programming and planning services and a detailed building program to guide growth and future expansion. The process included outreach to trustees, staff and patrons, a detailed space analysis, focus group research, the development of a building program, and exploration of options for expansion. It culminated in a full report and presentation to the Board of Trustees.
