Occupying a three-block site in the Center of Dalian, a city of four million in northeast China, the Dalian City Center combines residential, entertainment, retail, and hotel into a 2.5 million square foot development. The project is organized along an internal street that bisects a five-story retail podium from which the residential towers and entertainment venues are accessed. The north end is anchored by a 600-seat performing arts theater and the south end, by a 350-room five-star hotel.
